"Reliable, and very good experience. Finally !"
Using few of their softwares for 2-3 years now ! (Times flies fast haha) (Got Filmora X & Pro , EdrawMax , PDF elements 7 & 8 (Good bye Adobe !) and the verygood UniConverter), very reliable, make stuff done fast and useful. It's help me a lot every day in my workflow.

Never got disappointed by their customer service or their software, when I got an issue, always resolved.

Just, Thank you to be here !

"Wondershare Products Hard to Beat!"
I have been a user of Wondshare products for several years. I had an issue that was quickly resolved in a matter of hours, unheard of at most Tech companies. Their product updates for PDF Element Ver.8 knocks the socks off the competition, even those guys with the big "A" in their name that office right down the street from me, so overpriced, especially compared to my friends at Wondershare. I love these guys and their products. Put them to the test, and they won't fail you, I promise!

"EDraw: a great program and an excellent service when required"
I am now using eDraw Max for quite a few years. Great package. Very intuitive. Large number of very useful templates. I tried many different drawing programs. EDraw turned out to be my preferred package by far. During all these years i needed support 2 times. This was due to crashes of my laptop. Nothing to do with the program itself. The response by eDraw Support was almost immediate and positive. I wholeheartedly recommend eDraw to anyone who needs a solid drawing program and reliable service to go with it when needed.

I just purchased from them again and its refusing to allow me to use what i paid for claiming i need to sign into another account that i dont have or

Product failed to restore my backup made by same the software itself during the trial period.the same day,i purchased it to restore from that backup after factory resetting my phone, but it says no data although the file is 1.6 gb. continuously in touch with your customer service sent all possible screenshots, i requested the refund.and got the reply we will give no refund. that`s not fair.
